If you have decided yourself or are considering taking part in an online Feldenkrais lesson, I would now like to explain to YOU how this works
It’s easy:
1. YOU report to me via Facebook or email, so that I have / get YOUR email address
2. You will then receive an email from me (Jitsi Meet)
3. Participation via YOUR PC: use Google Chrome for the better connection
Participation via YOUR mobile phone: download DIR from the App Store Jitsi Meet
4. Go to your emails
Open the email you received / received from me and click on the first link that you see underlined in blue
(This is the same for PC and cellphone)
4. You will be forwarded
